Christian, Team Leader
Christian has been working for Consumer Solutions on and off since 2014. Since then, he has done military service and tried some other jobs but have always come back. Why? Because of the people and the great team spirit. He is new in his role as Team Leader and really enjoys it so far.





How did Christian end up with his current role?
Christian started his career as a Customer Advisor, something he sees as a great way to start your career within Consumer Solutions. To focus on your current work tasks is important, but Christian has always tried to improve. He has asked managers and leaders actively for feedback and asked how he can improve in a way to prepare himself for new roles.
"There are great opportunities for career development here, it is not something that we say. If you want to advance there will be possibilities for those who perform well. They key is to focus on your current work but also to show that you are interested by asking for feedback on how to improve."

Why was working as a Customer Advisor a good experience?
In some ways the job as a Customer Advisor was the toughest says Christian. The pace is high and there is a lot to learn all the time. At the same time, you get a lot of support from managers and colleagues. Everyone want to share experiences and it is always OK to ask questions.
How has it been to become a manager?
To be a manager is exciting and interesting explains Christian. To start off his new role he scheduled meetings with all his employees. He explains that every person is motivated by different things and to be able to support his employees he needs to understand each one of them in the best possible way. Having become a manager is also something he is proud of.
"I am proud of the fact that I have my own team and that I have started to see the effect of my work even though I have only been here for a short while. I like to help others, to make a difference and develop others to show their full potential. That is both fun and rewarding."

What is the culture like in Consumer Solutions?
Christian describes the working culture as much better than other places he has been. He gets energy from being in the office which he describes as a dynamic and full of energy. The atmosphere is great, and everyone is positive. He also emphasizes that people are not afraid to ask each other for help. No question is regarded as stupid. Even though there are competition between teams and individuals everyone helps each other out when needed.
