Marketing Manager

Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Enterprise Customers business in Poland. You will report to the Head of Business Unit Enterprise Customers Poland. The preferred location of the job is in Gdańsk but you can also work from our office in Warsaw.
- Setting overall marketing strategy, planning and implementation of marketing activities in B2B customer segment in Poland
- Development of Digital Marketing strategy incl. e-commerce, coordination of activities and support for Sales
- Collaboration with business areas and sales channels to ensure a commercially driven and aligned full funnel marketing plan
- Supervision and creation of communications across media, segments and channels
- Driving and instilling within organization customer centric thinking and way-of-working
- Activities aimed at building the Fortum brand awareness and strengthening Fortum brand image as the Employer
- Supervision and management of the marketing budget / cooperation with Marketing Agencies
- Ensuring that the marketing strategy and activities strongly support the execution of our business strategy.

You must have:
You hold a university degree in business, marketing and/or communication with at least 5 years of experience working with B2B marketing, preferable in a service industry. You have a strong knowledge and practical experience in digital and data-driven marketing, with strong analytical thinking mindset and with great execution drive. You are skilled to lead a team as a genuinely nice person and a great team builder, with successful experience of cross border team work and collaboration in a matrix organization. We expect that Fortum’s open leadership principles are evident in your way of working. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
