
What is Customer Service?
In Customer Service we are many talented colleagues working directly with our customers from our campuses in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
In short, we are the stars that help our customers with any questions they might have regarding their electricity contracts. We also help promote our value added services. Customer Service is a key part of executing our strategy.
A great start to your career
Having worked successfully as a Customer Advisor is internally seen as a great experience and can open a lot of exciting doors, leading to new opportunities. Delivering great results will certainly be noticed and acknowledged.
We will train you in how to service our customers in the best possible way. But be prepared, there is always something new for you to to learn and we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our way of working.
Previous Customer Advisors are now working in various roles around Fortum Consumer Solutions such as Customer Centricity Manager, Operations Manager, Team Leader and even Vice President!
